A writer who teaches, and a teacher who writes
Dalia Lane is a journalist, translator and poet, and the author of published books of philosophical parables. She lives and teaches in Zug. The practice she offers grew out of the same question her writing keeps asking: how a person returns to the heart, and what becomes possible once they do.
How the practice found me
[Her own story, in her words. How she came to yoga, what changed, and why teaching followed. This is the passage people read before deciding to come to a class, so it is worth the most of her time. 150 to 250 words.]
Where the teaching comes from
[Her training and qualifications. Which traditions, with whom, where and when. Hours and certifications if she wants them named, and her qigong lineage separately from her yoga training. 80 to 150 words.]
Who I teach, and how
[Where she has taught and who she teaches now: the fitness centre, private students, circles, retreats. Anything about languages she teaches in belongs here too. 60 to 120 words.]
Writing, translation, and the Foundation
[Her professional life as a journalist, translator and author, and what it has to do with the practice. Whether the Dalia Lane Foundation belongs on this brand is still an open question. 60 to 120 words.]
Come and practise
The simplest way to know whether this is for you is to breathe with me once.
